We are currently building several redevelopment projects in the fastest growing neighborhoods, affordable housing projects, ultra-luxury skyscrapers, small offices and large business centers. Our projects are spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).  

Over the past 13 years, Sainath Group has played a key role in shaping the city skyline. In the first couple of decades our projects were primarily located in Mulund.
